1. Data controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Finnish Data Protection Act (1050/2018) is:
RELI TEC — Reiner Liebeck

2. Collection of data when visiting this website
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects technical information (server log files), such as your IP address, date and time of access, browser type and operating system. This data is processed to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.
3. Contact by email or contact form
If you contact us by email or through the contact form on this website, the personal data you provide (name, email address, company, subject, and the content of your message) is processed solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Messages sent via the contact form are delivered to us by email and are not stored on this website. This data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, unless legal retention obligations apply.
4. Web analysis with Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Cloud EMEA Solutions B.V., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics is only activated after you have given your explicit consent in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. The legal basis for this is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR together with Section 13 of the Finnish Act on the Electronic Communications Communications Market (532/2013).
Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> in order to recognise a returning device; your consent decision itself is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transferred to third parties. The information generated is, as a rule, transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. Your IP address is shortened within the European Economic Area before transmission and is not merged with other Google data. The standard retention period for event and page data in Google Analytics is 14 months.
The processing serves solely to understand which pages and services are of interest to visitors, and to improve the website accordingly. No advertising cookies, marketing pixels or user profiles for advertising purposes are used.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clicking Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent stops any further collection and deletes the analytics cookies that have been set. You can also prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings.
5. Search engine verification
To prove ownership of this domain and to submit our sitemap, a verification code is embedded in the source code of the website for Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. These codes do not set cookies, do not record visitors and serve only to confirm to the respective search engine that the domain is administered by us.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
7. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated when legal or technical changes require it. The current version is always available on this page.
